Coalition of states proposal letter



This proposal is to make laws stronger for the states of the coalition, the proposal also strengthens the ability to fight unconstitutional federal laws, it also helps defend laws that are constitutional and legally rightful that are struck down by activist judges.



Pros of the coalition of states or coalition of red (whatever name doesn't quite matter)

  • Strengthens the laws passed to be more air tight

  • Cuts cost for the states apart of the coalition by pooling resources together to pass laws that are better structured and have input from all states apart of the coalition

  • Pool resources to fight back in court when a activist judge tries to throw the law out

  • Lesson the burden of drafting up long drawn out laws in each individual state

  • Sets states up better to fight unconstitutional federal laws and mandates to prevent federal overreach



How does the Coalition of States work?


Simple it begins with a single state for example I will give this to Congressman Mo Brooks of Alabama, who takes this proposal to Kay Ivey Governor of Alabama, if she agrees then she contacts other Republican states to sign up for the coalition such as Ron Desantis of Florida the more who join the stronger this coalition becomes.

           The way the board works as proposed is just an example but could be improved or changed at will, the board I'm proposing would be each of the governors, the lieutenant governors, 2 other members from each state from a specific position (that would be determined), and the head ranking member of the state legislator.


Is this illegal or not?


    From research I have done, I have not found anything that determines a coalition of states is illegal. This would have to be researched more by a constitutional scholar or lawyer. 




Other Proposal Specific to Alabama for now until a coalition is founded.

 

      Mandating Civics classes from 6th grade to senior year with a state curriculum set ahead of time to make sure it's true history and isn’t leftist propaganda like critical race theory, Also mandating the pledge and the national anthem each morning for announcements required by any school that receives state funding.
