Coalition of States proposal

Coalition of states proposal letter This proposal is to make laws stronger for the states of the coalition, the proposal also strengthens the ability to fight unconstitutional federal laws, it also helps defend laws that are constitutional and legally rightful that are struck down by activist judges.
